Complete Your Pre-Registration Form
First, make sure you complete your online registration by following the link to our patient portal you were provided with via email when you first scheduled an appointment
If you haven’t received this Email or need help, contact us here.
Once you’ve arrived at our bus on the day of your exam, please check in with the staff on-board, and we’ll guide you the rest of the way.
Tips for Your Appointment
To make your experience as comfortable as possible

Be prepared to provide the name, address and phone number of your current physician so that your results are sent to the appropriate place -
Please wear a two-piece outfit, so you only have to remove your top (you will receive a gown to wear) -
Please do not use deodorant before your mammogram. Also avoid using antiperspirants, powders, lotions, creams, or perfumes under your arms or on your breasts. Sometimes, residue from these can mimic breast cancer.
Changing or Canceling Your Appointment
You will receive a confirmation email from us after scheduling with your appointment date and time. If you do not
see it in your inbox, please check your junk or spam folder. Follow the link in that email to change or cancel your
appointment via the patient portal.To change or cancel your appointment, you must access your patient portal.
